Verifying Your Payment Deposits and Address

  • Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships.
  • Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver's license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity.
  • If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.
  • If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity. Paypal also offers a safe and secure "Confirmed" shipping address program that protects both you and BofD, this sometimes may be a quicker & easier option if you would like your products shipped to an address other than your credit or debit card billing address and you already have a Paypal account.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline

Products typically arrive 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS* from the order date; the timeline is as follows:

  • Processing: Allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to process and for the shipping carrier’s webpage to update with tracking information
  • Shipping: Allow an additional 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to arrive
  • Custom Drilled Notice: Custom drilled wheels may take up to 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS to be completed; shipping times are in addition to the 15-30 days
  • *Business days are considered Monday through Friday

Order Delivery Modifications

Due to logistical constraints and fraud prevention, address modifications and/or delivery change requests for orders that have been approved for shipment CANNOT be made. Orders must be delivered to the original shipping address attached to the order. Re-route requests, hold requests, or delayed delivery requests are not possible unless they are requested PRIOR to shipping.

Receiving Your Shipment

Upon receiving your order, we ask that you inspect all products upon receipt of the items. BofD must be notified of any incorrectly received products or shipping damage prior to installation and within 48 hours of receipt of your products. If notified after installation, 

Securing Your Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to secure packages upon delivery by our shipping partners. BofD is not responsible for packages lost or missing after the confirmed delivery to the provided shipping address provided by the customer.

All furniture, used or new has flaws, as of course created by humans. It is our policy that such flaws are noted and there be no guarantee that they can be eliminated.

 Please understand that perfection is not promised but every artistic endeavor shall be taken to camouflage flaws if possible. The finished product should be considered a work of art and not subject to changes once colors have been agreed upon. Hidden repairs not listed may be subject to additional cost.

Any changes made after signing the saw blossom agreement can be subject to additional fees. If there are any other discoveries or damages after work has begun the client will be notified by phone call or text to confirm and make aware of any issues before continuing the work. 

*Stain color will never be  100% the same for all woods. Matching samples can be slightly darker, opaque, redder depending on the wood and its impossible to match products of this day with products that were used years ago. Saw Blossom is not responsible for such discrepancies. Saw Blossom is realistic and can help you improve the quality of your piece but never claim it will be 100% as its first authentic state. Stain refinishing will make your piece appear like new and we are not responsible for personal preferences when compared to the way things looked before.

In some cases the technician may send the customer a photo of the base color that was selected, (the primary color of the piece) and possibly art work that is started. But this only would be to establish that the work is in progress, not to initiate changes. 

Your specific requests are noted and any changes after the contract has been signed may result in additional charges.

The quote does not include painting the inside surfaces of furniture unless specified. All necessary supplies used to create the finish as described are included. New hardware is not included and most be provided by the client before the project can commence.

The finish date is approximate, subject to weather or any other possible acts of God. The date is based on number of pieces scheduled before this agreement.

Any additional costs will be quoted prior to commencement of such.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of contract. Price quote good for seven (7) days from date of contract. The cost stated to complete the project may change after seven days due to increases in materials.

Balance is due upon completion before the release of the finished product. Any unpaid balance after 7 (seven) days of notification of completion will result in the forfeiture of the completed item. The merchandise will then become the property of Saw Blossom.

Please note that we do not barter price quoted in exchange for other furniture or goods of any kind. 

Once a deposit has been received it is considered that the work has commenced and there shall be no refund for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, change of specifications, etc.

We offer pick up and delivery service for a charge of $150.00 within 30 miles.. FIRST FLOOR ONLY!

Second Floor and anything overmultiple large, and heavy pieces will be added $100.00.
