Our Story

After much prayer and wrestling with the idea of leaving my corporate job, I decided to pursue painting and create art through furniture. What I didn’t know at the time was that my husband-to-be was at a crossroads of his own. He was also working toward starting something new, using his skills as a creative outlet and building a different way of life.

I used what I already had, and the day I painted two big sunflowers on each side of a console cabinet, I unknowingly marked the beginning of something much bigger than I could have imagined.

God had a plan, and exactly one year later, while showcasing our furniture at a local Bradenton market, Bill and I met. Three months later, we were married. What started as two separate journeys blossomed into one shared purpose.

As Bill worked with wood—repurposing, repairing, and perfecting his smooth spray finishes—I naturally gravitated toward artistic and faux finishes, social media, and teaching workshops.

As the demand for personalized painting and refinishing continued to grow, we realized we were about much more than transforming furniture. Many of our clients come to us with pieces that hold meaning—family heirlooms, vintage finds, or beloved furniture that simply needs a refresh to fit a new chapter in their lives.
